Para Community Efforts (PCE) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities through cycling, movement, education, and community.
We support adaptive and non-adaptive athletes, veterans, and individuals navigating moments of transition by creating environments centered around learning, mentorship, connection, and shared experience. Through endurance sport and physical activity, PCE uses movement as a tool for personal growth, confidence, resilience, and belonging — recognizing that success is not defined by performance alone, but by the relationships and experiences built along the way.
PCE programs emphasize:
Education and skill development in cycling, wellness, and personal growth
Mentorship, leadership development, and shared learning
Community engagement, accessibility, and greater awareness of disability inclusion
Intentional fellowship experiences that bring people together through common purpose
Rather than functioning as a traditional training center or residential program, PCE creates mission-driven spaces where individuals can participate, contribute, and grow alongside one another. Our programs remain intentionally small, flexible, and adaptive, allowing each experience to reflect the goals, circumstances, and needs of the people involved.
By prioritizing integrity, accessibility, and meaningful connection, Para Community Efforts works to build lasting pathways for individuals to show up with purpose, support one another, and move forward together.
PCE is building a community where adaptive and non-adaptive athletes can pursue excellence together.
Through our Fellowship program, we offer short- and long-term stays for athletes traveling to Colorado Springs, Colorado for training and competition. We believe the strongest performance environments are built through shared pursuit, mutual support, and community.
